This notice explains how Chiyanno's Inn ("we") processes personal data collected through this website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

When you use the booking/contact form: your name, phone number, email address, stay dates, number of guests and anything you write in your message. This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to answer your request, provide availability and rates and handle your booking (KVKK art. 5/2-c, steps prior to a contract) and on the basis of your consent.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions are emailed to the guesthouse staff and are never shared with third parties for marketing. They are deleted within a reasonable time after your request is completed, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to the email address above.
