Alexandria Troas 3,5 km
An ancient city dating back to the age of Alexander the Great — arches, theatre and baths just minutes from the guesthouse.
Dalyan is a small seaside village next to Geyikli, in the Ezine district of Çanakkale — 58 km from Çanakkale city and 22 km from Ezine. Its mild climate makes both summer and spring a feast for the eyes.
The guesthouse is close to the ancient cities of Troy and Alexandria Troas and the temples of Apollo Smintheus and Athena. Just 1 km from the village, the ruin locals call "Saray" (the Palace) has two storeys above ground and five below.
Nearby beaches we love include Yeniköy Harbour, Kumburun, the Geyikli ferry pier, Ayazma beach on Bozcaada, Odunluk pier, Dalyan village beach, Altın Güneş, Akliman and Kadırga Bay.

About 30 minutes by ferry from Geyikli. Parking on the island is scarce, so we suggest leaving your car on the mainland — minibuses run to the beaches.
A quiet fishing harbour, reached through the village of Üvecik.
Famous for its clear water and sand. Don't miss the fish restaurants of Babakale, 9 km further on.
Ancient Assos and its Temple of Athena, with sweeping views over the Aegean.
Take the Ezine–Ayvacık road; the alternative is very winding. Combine it with a visit to Behramkale.
In the early days the only way to Bozcaada was from Odunluk pier in Dalyan village, aboard small island fishing boats that could carry just two or three cars. Later a landing craft that had served in the Gallipoli campaign began a regular ferry service.
Because Odunluk was too exposed to strong winds, it was eventually closed and the new Geyikli Yükyeri pier, built in the late 1990s, took over. Leaving Yükyeri pier, pass the tea gardens and take the first road on the right; after 4–5 km through holiday homes and olive groves you will reach the square at Odunluk pier.
