What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you need a different time, please let us know in advance.
Is breakfast included?
We don't serve breakfast. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, coffee machine and barbecue to make their own breakfast and meals.
What do the rooms have?
Every room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, safe and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms also have a kitchenette and a private terrace; each room's page lists its facilities.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free private parking for guests in front of the guesthouse.
Can I bring my pet?
Please ask us before booking if you would like to bring a pet, and we will work it out together.
How far is the sea?
The sea is within walking distance. Dalyan village beach and the historic Odunluk pier are a few minutes away, with Bozcaada right across the water.
How do I get to Bozcaada?
Ferries leave from Geyikli (Yükyeri) pier, about a 10-minute drive from the guesthouse, and the crossing takes around 35 minutes. Parking on the island is scarce, so we suggest leaving your car on the mainland. See the ferry guide on our blog for details.
When is the guesthouse open?
Our season runs from 23 April to 29 October.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes. There is a children's play area in our garden, the village is quiet and children can play safely. Our two-bedroom rooms are ideal for families.
How do I book, and what are the rates?
Fill in the booking form, call us or send a WhatsApp message. Rates vary by date and room, so we will reply with current rates and availability as soon as possible.
Where is the guesthouse and how do I get there?
Our address is İbrahim Bodur Caddesi No: 70, Dalyan Köyü, Geyikli, Ezine / Çanakkale. Dalyan is 22 km from Ezine and 58 km from Çanakkale city. Use the map at the bottom of the page for directions.
